How do we broadcast and coordinate the logistics of an organization’s marquee annual event?
Context
Foreign Policy for America is a forefront voice for change in the global diplomacy space, working to strengthen the ties between the United States and foreign leaders, countries, and policies. In 2022, they hosted a Leadership Summit with the hopes of bringing together some of the most influential leaders in the foreign policy space.
FP4A asked KMSG to support with:
Planning, publicizing, and executing the FP4A 2022 Leadership Summit: Leading With Diplomacy
Crafting the vision of the Summit, ensuring it aligned with their mission and donor/social media growth goals
Outreach and coverage support across social media channels, including monitoring Twitter and handling the Live Video
Collecting and summarizing feedback from staff, board members, and attendees on the successes and challenges from the event, with recommendations to improve future events
Ad hoc social media content creation for their Twitter and other platforms, as needed
